Our engineers have been solving design and analysis problems for over 20 years. We specialize in finite element analysis (FEA) and engineering consultant services for ASME and AISC code evaluations. We offer a full solution for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other equipment to ensure the analyses meet the design by rule and design by analysis requirements of ASME. This includes elastic analyses, limit load analyses, elastic plastic analyses, and fatigue calculations. In addition to ASME code evaluations for equipment, we complete AISC evaluations for the support structures including loading due to earthquake (seismic), wind, snow, and ice. Design reports include the results of these analyses completed by a professional engineer (PE).
